Qualifications

Play & Learn Christian Child Care seeks to hire self-motivated, energetic, positive, honest, well-educated and caring adults who:

Have a passion for children
Wish to take an active part in providing quality child care and early childhood education
Want to create a safe and supportive Christian environment.
Exhibit patience, flexibility, and love for children
Possess strong communication and time management skills

At a minimum, staff members must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a high school diploma or GED.

College coursework in early childhood education or a related field and/or experience in a child care center are highly preferred but not required.
